We collect a minimal amount of information necessary to provide you with our Service. The personal information we collect is limited to:

• Email Address: We collect your email address when you register for an account. This is used as your unique identifier for logging in and for account-related communications.

Our third-party service providers may collect additional information as required to perform their functions:

• Payment Information: All subscription payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Gumroad). Corgi Studios does not have access to, nor do we store, your credit card numbers or other sensitive payment information.
• Service Data: Our third-party service providers (such as Cloudflare and Auth0) may automatically collect standard log data, including IP addresses, for security and operational purposes. Member Access does not use this data for tracking user activity on its website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account.
• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To process your subscription payments through our payment processor.
• To communicate with you, including sending you emails regarding account updates and member newsletters.
• To respond to your comments, questions, and provide customer support.

We do not use your personal data for personalization or automated decision-making.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with the following third-party service providers who perform services for us or on our behalf:

• Identity Provider: Auth0
• Payment Processor: Gumroad
• Hosting, Security & CDN: Cloudflare
• Database & Storage: Supabase
• Email Provider: Microsoft

These third parties are contractually obligated to protect your information and are restricted from using it for any other purpose.

4. Data Retention and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. Your account information is retained for a maximum of one (1) calendar year after your subscription is canceled. After this period, your personal information is permanently deleted from our systems.

5. Cookies

Our Service uses only strictly necessary cookies required for user authentication and session management, provided by Cloudflare Access and Auth0. We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or other tracking purposes.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not directed to or intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
