Welcome to Member Access. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the video streaming service, content, and website (collectively, the "Service") provided by Corgi Studios ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Account Registration and Security

To access the Service, you must create an account through our third-party membership provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account by contacting us at support@corgistudios.tech.

2. Subscription, Payment, and Cancellation

• Subscription: Access to the Service requires an active, paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
• Payment: All payments are processed through our third-party provider (Gumroad). You agree to provide them with valid and updated payment information.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through the Gumroad platform where you made the initial purchase. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current monthly billing period.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. No partial refunds will be issued for subscriptions canceled mid-cycle.

3. License and Use of Content

• Limited License: Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream the video content available on the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• Prohibited Use: You are strictly prohibited from downloading, copying, reproducing, redistributing, transmitting, or publicly performing any content from the Service, except with prior written approval from Corgi Studios.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Corgi Studios or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimers

The Service and all content are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Corgi Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any complaints or disputes regarding the Service should be first directed to our support team by emailing support@corgistudios.tech. We will attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this site. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
